We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and how you can see or correct it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you chat with our AI assistant: the messages you type. If you choose to give your name, email or phone number, business and what you need help with, we save those details so a person can follow up. We don't keep a copy of the whole conversation once it ends.
When you request a time for a free AI audit: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your mobile number, business name, notes and the topic you pick, plus the time you asked for and your timezone.
When you send an enquiry from the contact page: your name, email address and message, and, if you add them, your phone number, business name and timing.
When you use the calculator: nothing. The numbers you enter stay in your browser and aren't sent to us.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details. Please don't include it in a message.
Why we collect it
To answer your questions, arrange the call you asked for, provide our services, and keep records of our dealings with you. We don't add you to marketing emails or texts because you used this website, and we don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Anthropic (the AI behind our chat assistant): receives your chat messages to write the replies.
- Vercel (website hosting): runs the site and briefly logs requests, including your IP address.
- HighLevel (our customer relationship system): stores the details you give us so the team can follow up.
- Google Fonts (fonts): receives your IP address when a page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers, but by using the chat, the booking form or the contact form you acknowledge your information may be handled overseas.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other sites. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. They don't identify you personally.
How we protect it
We keep your information in password-protected accounts that only the people who need it can access. We delete enquiries we no longer need after 2 years.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (details below). We'll respond within 30 days.
